昨天上午6時許，37歲黃姓運將駕駛計程車，行經基隆市崇孝街左轉明德一路，竟直接撞上?
縝b過馬路的80歲王姓老婦，因撞擊力道大，老婦被撞飛約2公尺，送醫急救後仍回天乏術。
汽車駕照，黃男表示，車輛左轉時，靠近駕駛座的A柱擋住視線，才會不慎撞上正要過街倒?
U圾的王姓老婦，警方除依道路交通管理法對黃男開出無照駕駛罰單，另外，也依業務過失?
